"The replaced a JUNK Uniden DECT3080(see my review on it) we bought from J&R, needless to say J&R's customer service is top notch. The phone is great, excellent signal strength and clarity. Needs to Have a Shared Directory

"For the price the unit isn't a bad value. The phone is a bit small and you can't hold the receiver between your shoulder and your ear if necessary. It doesn't have a shared directory between phones. A directory exists on each hand set. The three only options for wallpaper is not enough. They also need an option for black background for the color arrangements. "I love the light weight and compact design. The mute button was an important feature I was looking for which is not available in most phones. When handset is resting face down on a flat surface, the buttons are in contact with the surface which I do not like. "
