"I have used most major brands of phones and Panasonic has always been the most durable. This KX-TG6434T set of 4 phones is impressive. The phone book and caller list can be edited from any handset and that is a big plus. Loud, clear speakerphone from all handsets is nice. Another plus is the ease of setup. "We bought this 4 phone set & immediately bought 2 more. They max out at 6. The intercom is a nice feature so you can buzz another phone rather than yelling for someone to pick up the other phone. There are only 2 things we don't like: 1-even with the volume turned all the way up you may have problems hearing the person on the other end of the line, 2-you are limited to 50 contacts in the address book.
