"I bought this model in April 2008, the image quality is great, the lcd panel is inferior to the ones found in similar models and the sound knobs in the camera are hard to use. "This camera is mostly great. A couple issues we have had is the headphone jack and auto-focus issues. We have had to send in our camera to Panasonic to repair our headphone jack within a month of buying the camera. It turns out that this is a well known problem to Panasonic.
