"I received the Pana-Vue #1, made sure the batteries were inserted correctly, then put in a slide. Nothing. Put the batteries in another device to make sure the batteries were okay. Put the bulb in a flashlight to make sure the bulb was okay. Everything checked out, but I could not get this thing to work. "This slide viewer has been excellent for reviewing some 5000 slides I have collected over the years. It is easy to use and dependable. It has also been very useful in preparing slide programs. For its price,it has been a great investment. "

"The hundreds of old slides I needed to sort through was easy and fast with this viewer. The screen is a little small but shows great detail. To view the slide is simple with little effort.
I would recommend the a/c adapter be purchased with the viewer. This saves on batteries with extended use.
