"Sound is ok on this item.
However, there were no instructions in the box. Instructions obtained via JC Whitney were not helpful. Wiring schemes do not match the Jeep. In addition, the mounting brackets did not fit my 06 Wrangler. Holes had to be drilled and the brackets still do not fit very well.

"This was a Christmas present for my Son who owns a 1994 Jeep Wrangler. As you know room is at a premium in Jeeps and this sound bar let him remove a couple speaker boxes which were behind the rear seat and very hard to hear. "Overall it is ok. no instructions as stated on other reviews. sound is ok. I dont know if the 6 speakers is worth it, or if the sound is any better. i got the plastic sound bar, it looks kind of cheap. and the lights are not that bright. overall it is just ok. "
