Onkyo's DEMO TA-RW255 Dual Auto Reverse Tape Recorder and Player makes playing cassettes enjoyable again. Auto reverse and relay play give you hours of continuous music. Dolby B and C noise reduction take the hiss out of recordings and make prerecorded cassettes sound their best. An automatic bias selector chooses the best setting for whatever tape you're using. If you like to record your own cassettes, you can take advantage of high-speed dubbing and the automatic level control. Automatic song spacing and CD Synchro record make dubbing CDs easy.

"Nice unit. Durable, Works well in the application intended. However, when making cassette copies from Deck A to Deck B there is a record level imbalance between channel Left and channel Right. Channel Left appears to be OK while channel Right is 3 dB lower in level during playback of the copied tape. Levels appear OK on tapes recorded from the rear external input jacks. "Purchased this product as a backup deck and to use for copying other cassette tapes. Minimal quality in its design and construction. For example: the material used for visual checks of the tape while playing/recording are made of cheap, clear plastic which presents a less than optimum view of the tape.
