"Good receiver with some great features. Provides HDMI ports for inputting and 1 for output along with tons of other connections. Fine tuning your speakers will take some time. They sound clean and powerful. It packs an awesome punch for the money. One of the very few receivers supporting truehd and dtshd, so just go for it without even thinking. "I hooked this up with HD DVD Player and Digital cable with Bose Acoustimass speakers. The sound is awesome with the HDMI cables. The set-up is naturally a little complicated if you are using all of the different components, etc. However the 1 HDMI output for all components is awesome. "
