"I listened to this player with various top quality recordings and rang it out on the bench with test signals.Subjectively, it is tight, clean and natural sounding, great resolution without any harshness or artificial brightness. "Bought this unit to replace an 18 year old mid-line Denon player. I ordered this player based upon on-line reviews. Unit would only play about 30% of my discs.
