My 2 cents, I'm a Professional Installer

"I'm a professional Audio/Video installer. This is one of my favorite wall mounts for corner applications. I have used it more than 30 times. I find it to be easy install on solid walls, sheetrock walls with wood studs (townhomes)and even sheetrock walls with alumunium/steel studs (apts) with the hilti toggle bolts (preferably used in corner applications.) "Several critical problems recommend against using this device for any TV weighing more than 40 pounds (about 19-22" more or less). First: both manufacturer and sellers seem to have no knowledge of how weight specs and ratings work.
