"I bought my N75 in February, I had it for a month, and it crashed on me due to software problems in the phone. My second one has been great though, except for a couple of minor things. The battery life I have to say is pretty poor. It was even worse with the last phone that I had though. I run a program that AT&T; provides for the phone called mobile speak.
