"This thing never worked. It froze up, could Not read disks, etc... Luckily we had bought the extended warranty. They sent us the pre-paid postage tag and we sent it. [...]I would definitely recommend buying the extended warranty, Otherwise, we could have been down [$]. We're going to buy another one because we had bought all the extra stuff with it.
