Awesome little Powerhouse!

"Awesome little camera! Great for macro and nighttime photography. Very impressed with the quality of the images. The GPS location is excellent. It is rugged too - it will take a knock or two and the odd small spill. I love this little camera! (P.S. as a professional photographer used to SLR's I don't give glowing reviews for compact cameras easily - but did I mention that I LOVE this little beast?!)..." Read Full Review »

I hate this camera

"I own an SLR and was excited about the P6000 as an alternative to my point and shoot. The P6000 offered many of the controls of an SLR but in a compact package. I could not be more disappointed with this camera because the battery life is horrible. Every time I go to use the camera it’s DEAD! I thought I had a bad batteries so I replaced it then I thought it was the charger so I replaced that too. Now Nikon..." Read Full Review »

"I bought this camera for the built-in GPS. Thus far, I haven't had a lot of success in getting that function working, but I'm still learning. "I'm a pro photographer and have owned a zillion Nikon pro DSLRs (currently using the D300 + MBD10). My wife shoots with a D70. But when we're out and about with our 2 year old, we just wanted a point a shoot so that we didn't have to deal with the big stuff.
