"This is an exceptional piece of equipment by Nikon. If you combine it with the Nikon DX 18-200 mm lens, that pretty much takes care of all of my photography needs. The D80 snaps into action quick and immediately readies for the next shot. The focus is quick for me, and the AF does the trick in most cases. "This is my third DSLR, after the Canon Rebel and Canon XTi. Of the three, the Canon XTi is the best, in my opinion. The body is certainly designed well with buttons and dials in convenient places.
