"You only get email support, which is time consuming. I needed information quickly. Then after a week it stopped working. This was a total waste of time and money. Do not purchase a refurbished unit, they obviously don't refurbish it and treat you like you bought a second hand product. "

"The customer support has been very poor. Since the product is refurblished you must go through email support. The initial support is fair, then it gets transferred and lost. Forced to enter multiple tickets with no results. The price isn't worth the lost time and hassle. "
