"Despite all the warnings here, I took the risk and purchased the DGN2000. I have no idea what all these "techno wizards" are babbling about. It took exactly 13 minutes to set up and get running. NOT ONE SINGLE PROBLEM as described by all those techno [*]. In no time flat I had all 5 of our computers (3 desktop and 2 laptops) initialized and connected. First unit took phone my line off hook

"Set up was smooth but the first one I got took my phone line off hook. The second one was fine. I had a feeling phone support would be a waste of time, and I was right. All were clueless and when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor I got disconnected. Email support also useless.
