Could not Install

"I worked for several hours to try and get the netgear server configured with a 2wire DSL wireless router and my printer. The install wizzard could not detect the router because the firewall had it blocked. The wizzard suggested fix for this was to contact the ISP to reset the router to allow the netgear program to access it.
