"I hate the Nextel i880. I purchased this phone January 2007. It has never been dropped/abused. The back light doesn't work if the phone is opened all the way. When the phone is opened half way all of the numbers, names, date etc. are upside down. I was told to remove the battery then replace it. The phone still does not work properly.
