"One of the primary marketing pushes for the HS850 Bluetooth is the foldable boom mike. The problem is that when the mike is folded it pushes tightly up against the flimsy rubberish earpiece membrane. "Nobody can hear me when I use this headset. Sometimes they complain that I'm muffled because the mic has somehow maneuvered into my cheek, and sometimes they complain that I'm breaking up. I spent way too much money and totally wish I'd stuck with a wired headset. "
