"To Rac: No worries. You can buy new/replacement charger cradles or the "egg" that comes with the unit or Travel Chargers from any number of resellers that mate with the proprietary charging contacts. This is my first Bluetooth headset. Very light and no cables to snag. Pairing was a snap. "If you use this device in an auto, it will work fine. Walking with it is difficulty because the in-ear piece does not fit, making the device very loose on the ear. The light-weight feature is quite nice, but the ear loop is too unstable, especially if you wear glasses. "I bought this product to use while driving due to the fact that I'm on the road a lot and I found it to very uncomfortable in my ear, the hook would not stay on ears and I found the in-ear piece to be very uncomfortable. While talking, no one could hear me. It's just all around not user friendly. "
