"This ear piece did not work for me. The bluetooth would randomly cut off calls or revert to cell phone mode. At times I was not able to hear the speaker and vice versa. I tried to reprogram the device however, no success. The other physical issue was the ear hook was too large and flopped about on my ear and would fall off if I moved about while wearing it...."
