Horrid.

"I just purchased one of these. It is terrible. I tried to adjust it to any radio station but the static was so horrible I returned it immediately. To get to even hear a song some what you had to hold the entire adapter in a certain position and it would change frequently. Just too much of a hassle. "

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

"I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. It looks nice and is simple enough to use but not worth the money. When you do get your MP3 player to come through the sound is muffled by static and is not consistent. Product is way overpriced for its function. "
