"This handy items works well. The sound reproduction is quite well. Supports both upper and lower scales.

I suggest unplugging it when not in use so you don't drain your car battery, but there are no batteries that need replacing in this device.

"This item does not charge your ipod, but I have a shuffle and it works nicely. Perhaps not very loud compared to cd's but you can listen to all your music without having to switch cd's. It's well worth it for the money. "
