"OMNIPOLAR 360 sonic dispersion pattern? That's just a fancy way to say "We pointed the speaker up". The "technology" that you are paying for could buy you a nice set of Klipsch's. "I'm very satisfy with our speakers. The sound is clear. We watched a movie and a bird song in the movie and I thought the bird was in our family room even my tech savvy teenagers were pleased. The box looks like it has been open but so far no problem with the speakers at all. "
