"When you do any upgrade, you need to do your homework first. Back up your data before you upgrade! Make sure your drivers are up to date, software is compatible, etc. and make sure your computer has sufficient resources to run Windows 7. "I just bought it to resolve issues with Vista. It didn't install successfully. No phone support from Microsoft. Microsoft's website refers you to Forums Forums has numerous customers who have been unable to install Windows 7. Windows 7 is NOT for the squeemish or faint of heart.
