I liked the old version (2008) better.

"I use Microsoft Streets & Trips since 2006, and I really like it. Also, I am used to it. I think the 2008 was the best version so far. I just bought 2009, but still like 2008 better. Streets and Trips?

"If this is an improvement over previous versions, than the previous versions must have not worked at all. This software is awful! The voice prompt does not work unless you press the space bar, and the voice is terribly robotic, and cannot pronounce abbreviations.
