Very uncomfortable

"Took it out of the package and after 5 minutes of usage I had to rip it off my head. The set is way, way too tight and the pressure on the ears is painful. I put it over a basketball every night and slowly it got a little bit better. The ear buds are covering the ear completely and are pressing against the jaw.
