"I think the above user didn't read the instructions. You have to put the CDs/DVDs in the right way and it will work perfectly. "Dont buy it it will end up costing you money from the cd/dvds it wastes misprinting. It drops cds from the top and will print onto 2 at the same time. Only useful to do one copy at a time! "
