Solid product that was easy to set up

"i haven't had it long enough to comment on its reliability or durability but it was very easy to set up, and definitely serves the purpose that i bought it for. we are using it to back up personal files (and keep other files centralized) from a macbook, a mac pro, a VAIO laptop running windows vista, and an HP laptop running xp2000. i love that i can back up files using my wireless network at home -- it makes ..." Poor Interface Software, Slow and Failed

"Failed after a short period of time. I purchased this item while in the store without first having investigated it on the internet. There are dozens of stories to be found of premature failure. Wish I had done my homework up front. The interface to this Linux based device is poor and slow.
