"Very light and easy to use... just a click and ready to go. Even with my bulky and heavy combo- Canon XHA1+Letus Extreme + 35mm Lens. The rubber foot excellently grips almost any surface. Very suitable for 'run n gun' shooting. Really like it especially for the price. "

"I love the monopod---and the quick release from the camera---I take many eagle pictures and this allows me stability when they are still and I don't want to mess with the big tripod---and a quick release if the eagle decides to fly and I want to go "pod-less"!!! "
