"I bought this for myself for Christmas.[...] I hired a friend to hook this up for me. That was worth it... almost stress free. I have a big older TV . It took 2 hours following the guide (which is very helpful) and testing for everything. I also had to buy extra cables. I had a digital tuner, but now don't need it because it's built in here. "Just returned this product after owning it for just over a month. The quality of the picture for watching a DVD was okay but recording with VHS was terrible. Our reason for returning it was the DVD player started to have problems already. We used it 4 to 5 times a week. "
