"I have watched the commercials for this item for a few years now and I always thought it was too good to be true. I think they actually priced it a little too low because it really is hard to think you can get all the features it has for such a low price. "Phone did not work. Spent 3 hours on chat-based support...no fix. Spent another 2-3 hrs on chat-based support...no fix. Company will not replace units purchased from Walgreens. Fixed some problems myself (the USB config file was corrupted...most won't fix that unless they are a programmer.... Reverse-engineered config file and fixed basic problem.
