"This cover doesn't fit as well as I wanted it too. But it stays on and keeps my Mac from getting any scratches!
I think they designed it for the older macbooks, and I have a 2008 macbook pro so I can understand why there's any issue with it fitting.

"I bought this item primarily to protect my Mac Pro when traveling or at work. It does this very well and looks good at doing it. I don't mind now when I slide the Mac around the table, it's protected. Before I was concern that this action would scratch the bottom, now I have no worries.
