"I have been using this headset for about 2 years now, and its INCREDIBLE value for the money. I wanted something not too expensive, as I tend to roll over my mics with my chair, and this mic takes a beating. "When I ordered these headphones I did NOT realise that they were refurbished. they arrived broken on the right headpiece. No papaer or tag were inside the box and the headset was broken. I did fix it and called Overstock.
