"I see alot of reviewers saying this is a terrible headset. What it really comes down to is knowing how to adjust your soundcard or in game settings if you are having problems. The headset is comfortable, has great sound quality, and in game voice is clear and loud to everyone listening to you. The microphone still works however, and if I want to get sound out of both sides, I must either hold the wire near my ear, or press the volume control.
