"My very first univeral remote was from Sony and it was one of those which needed two hands to operate (just like the Harmony 1100) because of its size/design.

"I would run away from any Logitech product. Their customer service is non-existent. You're rolling the dice when you buy their product (and $399 isn't cheap for a remote). If the product fails don't expect ANY help from Logitech. Very unfortunate..... "
