"This remote can control every device and learn every button on every remote. Being able to "label" the activity buttons means that you don't have to hide a button specific to your device under another button because there isn't an appropriately named button on the learning remote. "I can't say enough good about the service people. They are very friendly and helpful,but, there is not much they can do about a product that is shabby. The remote creaks and groans from the plastic parts moving around in the aluminum case,and some of the buttons are almost impossible to push far enough to operate.
