"I do not recommend this burner. The buttons on the unit have yet to respond. The tech I spoke with didnt even know they had this product, and then she directed me to another number. This number wanted to charge 2 bucks a min for service Seems to burn ok, however the software is a major concern. I will say that this reatiler' s service has been GREAT with these issues..." "I plugged it in and it worked. I have not tried all of the burning features for labels and such but mainly needed it for a net book that had no CD drive for loading software. No complaints here. GREAT PRICE! "
