"I needed a router for use with both a PC operating with Windows XP OS and with A MAC PC operating with OS 9. I was having trouble connecting the router to the MAC. I was given the Linksys help line by the J&R salesman This proved critical. "Mac Users have to call Linksys for Set Up (set up disk not compatible with Mac). Linksys Tech Support is useless. I spent literally 3 hours on phone 1st time, 6 hours 2nd time (!!!) being passed from 1 Tech to another, retesting settings and configurations over and over, until they finally agreed the product was defective.
