"I went into Staples looking for a head-mic Headset to use on my New HP for the Speech I need to get the Speech Rec, ready so I can use at work and also would be great to use at home. "I use it at home. It's good to have in a way because you don't have to hold your heavy cordless phone. There's no ampifier,or volume control for the hearing impaired. I doesn't last. This is my sixth one. The volume goes out. I buy because of low budget, and a need because I'm hearing impaired, and have corpal tunnel syndrome in both hands. "I use this for Skype. Works well. Everyone on the other side of the phone can hear me clearly and they are very clear to me. I like the volume control and the 2 separate jacks. You can choose to put people on "speaker phone" or just hear them yourself. "
