"The LG LHB953 produces amazing sound that easily fills our larger than normal, 2 open floors living room. It's dynamic 5.1 sound is matched by it's ease of setup and use, and I am very happy that I chose it over more expensive 6.1 and 7.1 systems. "After spending awhile to setup. Come to find out DVD player doesn't work. I called LG and spoke with an idiot, Bruce. Who said LG's policy is that they have to have unit shipped to them and they will repair it in 3-4 weeks. Leaving me with nothing. They wouldn't just send a replacement. Unit is 24 hours old.
