"I'm going to post this review for both the Samsung BD-P3600 and the LGE BD390, since I purchased both recently to compare them. "I picked up a 390 at BestBuy after reading a rave review on Cnet and another forum. The 390 is a reasonable performer at deinterlacing - better than Panny 55, but not as good as the JVC or Oppo. In terms of real-world content, it is very good, but not nearly as sharp and detailed as either the Pioneer 320 or JVC. It is clear that the JVC and the Lg 390 are close cousins.
