"This is a great player. Not only does it have a great picture, sound, menu options, and multiple options for streaming video, it is nice to look at. LG did a great job with this player. I am a Panasonic person; however, Panasonic is not currently offering the features that Lg is offering (Netflix, You Tube). Don't waist your time with Samsung. "I bought this 2 weeks ago and it didn't play blu-ray discs so I was told to update the firmware. I did and they still wouldn't play so I called LG. The first person didn't seem to know what was going on and said that the internet update must not be the newest version, so he would send it to me on disc in the mail within 7 days. 14 days later I called LG and was told that the disc was never sent because "they are..."
