"I bought this TV a couple of months ago and I still haven't gotten over how awesome it is. This was my first HDTV and I researched for weeks on what to get. I paid $899 for it and it was worth every penny. I mostly watch standard cable on it and standard cable looks fine. "I purchased this on 4/29/2009 at the Canton, OH Best Buy location on the Strip for $750 - It was on sale for $799.99, but I asked the guy what else he could do and this is what he offered, so I took it. I advise that you ask too at your location, because they can offer this price. This TV has outstanding color during daytime scenes.
