"This TV is amazing. The size is perfect for my bedroom. The picture quality is outstanding. For it's size, the human eye cannot tell the difference between 1080p and 720p and it's true. The backlight on this particular LCD is very bright and provides brilliant colors that actually surpassed the SONY Bravia XBR (which suprised me, by the way) when I saw them side by side. "At the $700 level you will have a hard time beating the LG37. At 37" this TV will seem huge in your small apartment or bedroom. 720 vs 1080 is a bit irrelevant with this size of TV. The HD TV programming looks amazing. I have an LG upconvert dvd player so my normal DVDs look amazing as well.
