Takes $$$ for things you don't/can't use

"I bought this to use while relocating my business. The available ringtones I find rather annoying, so I was going to spring for a new one. Turns out, you can only use THEIR ringtones, no one elses. --and you have BUY them BEFORE you hear them!!! If you don't like them, too bad.
