"My 4yr old absolutely loved his own "ipod". I showed him how to use it and he got it right then. I wish it had smaller ear buds, though. They were a little large for younger ears. It would also have been more convenient if I could have downloaded what we already had purchased from itunes, but it wouldn't accept it, only the "burned" cd's or songs we added to our "wma" files. "Brought this for my six year old son for christmas, he loves it, it was easy to download songs on, the volume does not go to loud which is a good thing for such young ears. The only thing is that it does not show the name or artist of the song, it only shows the number the song is on your mp3..." Read Full Review »

"I bought this for my 7 yr old grandson with the spidy dog he loves just listening to the player, it plays low so that it will not bust out ear drumbs, I would recommend this for small children ages 4 to 7 "
