"I previously owned a Dell and Toshiba laptops. The Lenovo Netbook with 1GB memory and 160GB HD is even more powerfull than most heavier laptops. The screen and sound are great. I also looked at Acer Sphire and Dell Mini 9, but Lenovo guarantees software compatibility and reliability. "

"I use the product for basic functions (word processing, internet browsing, and music.) For these purposes, the ideapad is perfect. The battery life could be longer (around 3 hours), but the spacious keyboard and loud speakers make this netbook ideal for basic users. "
