"These batteries must be a bad batch. When the first one failed, I thought my phone had failed, then one week later the 2nd battery which was in my wife's phone also failed. In the mean time I'd purchased a new used phone on e-bay which came with a Motorola brand battery. With the Motorola Battery my phone came back to life and I now have a spare phone...."
