"This was for two AT&T 5.8 GHz cordless handsets (model 5845) that were constantly beeping for low battery even with a full charge. The batteries were old so this wasn't unexpected - just annoying. This battery solved the problem and has a longer talk time than the original. The fit was a bit snug due to a label placement, but works great. "I frequently purchase "The Shack" products for personal use because of quality. So you can imagine my disappointment when I received a product (battery) that had the shelf life of a can of tuna left open.
