"SADLY, THIS PRODUCT WAS ORDERED THROUGH A RADIO SHACK OUTLET. SINCE THE PACK WAS DEFECTED, I COULD NOT GET A REFUND - SAME PLACE I PAID FOR IT. ONE MONTH LATER , I STILL DO NOT HAVE A REFUND, NOR A RELIABLE BATTERY PACK FOR MY LAPTOP. RADIO SHACK ONLINE IS A FARCE. "

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
